VCAAP Arrearage Assistance Program
The Vermont COVID-19 Arrearage Assistance Program (VCAAP) has been expanded to include overdue drinking water and wastewater bills.
Updated Information on Shutoff Moratorium
There is currently a moratorium on disconnections for all public water systems and municipal sewer systems. This moratorium is in place until the end of the State of Emergency—currently September 15, but likely to be extended again.
