Our Annual Conference & Trade Show is held each year in May. It includes classes to earn water and wastewater TCHs, a trade show with industry vendors, and our annual membership meeting and award ceremony.
Conference Registration
Registration is $55 for members and $110 for non-members.
Golf Tournament
Our 20th Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 10. The tournament begins at 12:30 pm with a shotgun start.
Training Classes
Earn 3.5 TCH (water/wastewater) if you attend a class during each session. The first class begins at 8:30 am on Thursday, May 11. Other classes will take place throughout the day. View the full schedule with class descriptions here.

Trade Show
Many industry vendors will display their products and answer questions from 8 am to 3 pm on Thursday, May 11.
Drinking Water Taste Test
Vermont Drinking Water Week will be hosting the 2023 Water Taste Test on May 11. To participate, submit an entry form by April 28 and deliver 1 gallon of water to the Taste Test table in the lobby by 9 am on May 11.
Coffee Talk about PFAS with DWGPD
Drop by for a conversation about PFAS with Bryan Redmond and Ben Montross from the Vermont Drinking Water and Groundwater Protection Division (DWGPD). They will provide an overview of the EPA’s proposed National Drinking Water Regulation for PFAS and what it means in Vermont, attempt to answer questions, and solicit comments and questions from operators to submit to EPA as part of the rulemaking process. 8 to 10 am in the lounge.
Luncheon
Lunch on May 11 is included in your conference registration. The luncheon includes our Annual Membership Meeting, and the Tony Torchia Award ceremony, and announcement of the winners of our Board of Directors election and the Drinking Water Taste Test.
Tony Torchia Award
The Tony Torchia Award is given annually at our conference to recognize a special contribution to the water/wastewater field in Vermont.
