Our 2025 Conference & Trade Show will be held at Lake Morey Resort on Thursday, May 15. There will be training sessions to earn water and wastewater credit hours, a trade show with industry vendors, and a luncheon with our annual membership meeting. There will also be a golf tournament on Wednesday, May 14.
Conference Registration
The cost is $85 for members and $130 for non-members. Class topics will be announced soon, and a schedule will be available closer to the event.
Golf Tournament
Our 22nd annual golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 14 beginning at 12:30 pm.
Training Classes
Earn 3.5 TCH (water/wastewater) if you attend a class during each session. The first classes begin at 8:30 am on Thursday, May 15. A full schedule with class descriptions will be coming soon!

- Wastewater Regulatory Updates (Heather Collins and Michelle Kolb, Wastewater Management Program)
- SCADA Overview, Troubleshooting, & Resiliency (Tom Allen, LCS Controls)
- Peristaltic Pumps 101 (Kevin Moran, Stenner Pumps)
- Ice Pigging: Advanced Pipe Cleaning Technology (Paul Treloar, American Pipeline Solutions)
- Security and Resilience: Champlain Water District’s Partnership with CISA (Joe Duncan, Champlain Water District)
Trade Show
Many industry vendors will display their products and answer questions from 8 am to 3 pm on Thursday, May 15.
Drinking Water Taste Test
The Vermont Drinking Water Week Committee will be holding a friendly competition to find the best tasting water in Vermont. More information and the entry form will be available soon.
Luncheon
Lunch on May 15 is included with conference registration. The luncheon includes our Annual Membership Meeting and the Tony Torchia Award ceremony.
Tony Torchia Award
The Tony Torchia Award is given annually at our conference to recognize a special contribution to the water/wastewater field in Vermont. Nominations are currently being accepted for the 2025 award. Submit your nomination using this form by February 26.
