In-Person Service Line Inventory Assistance

Every community water system (CWS) and non-transient non-community (NTNC) water system must submit a Service Line Inventory (and a Lead Service Line Replacement Plan, if required) to the Vermont Drinking Water and Groundwater Protection Division (DWGPD) by October 16, 2024.

For water systems with questions about service line inventories or replacement plans, DWGPD is offering free in-person assistance at the following regional locations across Vermont:

  • Friday, September 6, at Rutland Regional Planning Commission, 16 Evelyn St, 2nd Floor, Rutland
  • Tuesday, September 10, at Vermont Rural Water Association, 20 Susie Wilson Rd, Suite B, Essex Junction
  • Thursday, September 19, at Agency of Natural Resources (ANR), 1 National Life Dr, Davis Bldg, Montpelier
  • Tuesday, September 24, at ANR Regional Office, 374 Emerson Falls Road, Suite 4, St. Johnsbury
  • Thursday, September 26, at ANR Regional Office, 100 Mineral Street, Springfield
