Description
This hands-on training provides water and wastewater operators with practical instruction on the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chemical feed pumps used in treatment systems. Participants will learn about the Stenner Classic Series Peristaltic Pump, including tube changes, feed rate control maintenance, and basic pump repairs. The course also covers proper application of Stenner pumps and maintenance of suction, discharge, and injector components to maximize system performance.

In the second part, operators will learn the operation, installation, maintenance, and programming of Econ FP and S10P water-paced pumps and water meters for proportional chemical treatment. Participants will practice calculations for sodium hypochlorite dosing in potable water and proper pump programming techniques. Individuals who complete the course will receive a Certified Stenner Technician (CST) certificate.
