Lead and Copper Rule—Public and Crisis Communications

Description
This class will provide drinking water operators with best practices for effective public communication strategies related to the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR), enabling them to transparently communicate with the public to build and protect essential trust. Attendees will also be shown how to craft and implement crisis communication plans to handle the wide variety of sensitive communications that will be required with customers, and necessary with local leaders, social media, and the news media.
