If your system has previously signed a VT WARN agreement, try to find the document. If you cannot find it, or have not yet signed up, download the agreement below or at https://dec.vermont.gov/vtwarn. Print it, sign on page 9 and fill in contact information on page 10.
To Request Assistance
If you are in need of assistance in the form of personnel, equipment, and/or supplies, please complete a VT WARN agreement and go to https://dec.vermont.gov/vtwarn/request-aid to submit your request in writing.
VT WARN members are not obligated to respond to a request, but will evaluate whether resources are available to respond to each request for mutual aid.
