Vermont Rural Water is governed by a five-person board of directors composed of representatives from member systems who are elected to serve three-year terms.

Voting is open until April 30, 2026. Water and wastewater system members of Vermont Rural Water may vote once. Non-members and Associate members are not eligible to vote.

39 Years working experience in the Water/Wastewater Field.
Statement
I am seeking re-election to the Board of Directors of the Vermont Rural Water Association because I believe deeply in VRWA’s mission and in the importance of strong, practical support for Vermont’s water and wastewater systems. I feel my 39 years of experience in the water and wastewater field is a valuable asset to see this great association to continue to thrive.

I have been water superintendent since 1997 and have been involved in all aspects of running a municipal water system and have served on the board for the past 3 years
Statement
I am seeking reelection to the Vermont Rural Water Association Board. Over the past three years—most recently as Board President—I have been committed to supporting operators, strengthening governance, and advancing VRWA’s mission of protecting public health and our state’s water resources.
If reelected, I will continue advocating for rural systems, promoting strong collaboration across our industry, and ensuring VRWA remains responsive to the needs of our members. Thank you for your consideration and for the opportunity to continue serving our water community.
