Bob Wells Receives Tony Torchia Award
Congratulations to Bob Wells, recipient of the 2026 Tony Torchia Award in recognition of his significant contribution to the wastewater industry in Vermont! Bob recently retired from the Town of Middlebury after a nearly 40-year career in municipal service.
