This FREE online panel discussion will focus on financial options for water and wastewater systems during the pandemic. Panelists will discuss funding resources that are available to help municipal systems and fire districts with budget shortfalls. Participants will learn what questions to ask relating to small community sustainability, budgeting, and the appropriate processes that are available for managing budgets both internally and between various funds.
Who should attend? Water and wastewater operators, board members, town officials, and others who deal with municipal finances.
Why should I attend? While your system may not be feeling the financial impacts of the pandemic yet, it is likely that you may in the near future.
The discussion will be moderated by Jon Jewett of Compliance Assistance, Inc. (and former Hardwick Town Manager) and will include the following panelists:
