DESCRIPTION:Dates & Locations\nWednesday\, March 6 – Waterbury\nTuesday\, March 12 – Waterbury\nTuesday\, March 19 – Zoom\nTuesday\, March 26 – Waterbury\nTuesday\, April 2 – Zoom\nTuesday\, April 9 – Waterbury\nTuesday\, April 16 – Zoom\nFriday\, April 19 – Waterbury\n8:30 am to 3:30 pm each day \nDescription\nThis multi-week course is designed for those training to become a Class 4 water treatment operator. All aspects of water operations are covered to prepare you to take the certification exams. You are expected to attend all sessions. \nTextbooks \nThe following books are required for all students:\nWater Treatment Plant Operation\, Volume 1 (Office of Water Programs\, Sacramento State)\nWater System Operations Water Treatment\, Grade 2 (American Water Works Association)\nIn addition\, Water Operator Certification Exam Prep (American Water Works Association) is recommended.\nThese books can be purchased along with your registration and will be distributed on the first day of class. \nCredit\n48 TCH (Water) \nLocation \nMost class sessions will be held in-person at the Waterbury Municipal Center in the Steele Community Room. Parking is behind the building.
